Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FocusChunks, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

FocusChunks provides tools for Pomodoro focus sessions, task management, project management, tags, reports, reminders, settings, and related productivity features.

  • You may use the app for lawful personal productivity purposes.
  • You may not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app or its infrastructure.
  • You may not upload harmful code, malicious files, or content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights.

3. User Accounts

Some features require an account. You may sign in with email/password, Google Sign-In, or Sign in with Apple where available. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of tasks, projects, notes, tags, attachments, and other content you create in the app. You grant us a limited right to process, store, sync, display, and transmit that content only as needed to provide and operate the app.

5. Subscription Plans

FocusChunks may offer FocusChunks Premium as a yearly auto-renewable subscription and a lifetime purchase. Prices, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation options, and refund rules are shown before purchase in the app or through the relevant app store. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless canceled through your App Store account settings.

For iOS purchases, Apple’s payment terms and the Apple Standard EULA also apply.

6. Privacy and Data

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, use, and protect data. We do not sell user data and do not use your private app content for third-party advertising.

7. Third-Party Services

The app relies on services including Google Firebase, Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, and RevenueCat. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service. Features may change, improve, be suspended, or be removed over time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nam Luong Xuan will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities.
